About
Ariel is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist who has been supporting individuals and couples in the fertility and surrogacy community since 2015. She understand how deeply isolating and emotional infertility, pregnancy challenges, and pregnancy loss can feel, and provides a safe, non-judgmental space to work through those experiences.
After experiencing a complicated miscarriage as a surrogate in 2016, Ariel realized how few mental health professionals truly understand the fertility journey. This inspired her to return to school, and in 2021 she founded Carried with Love to provide fully virtual therapy for those going through infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy complications, and postpartum mood disorders.
Ariel combines her professional training with personal experience to offer compassionate, individualized support. Her goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered through every step of your path to parenthood.
Approach
Ariel’s approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, tailoring techniques to your unique needs and goals.
She focuses on helping you build practical, long-term coping skills that go beyond fertility and pregnancy challenges. Together with her clients, Ariel works on strategies to manage stress, navigate uncertainty, process grief or loss, and strengthen their emotional resilience. Her goal is to provide support that is both immediately helpful and transferable to all areas of life, empowering you to feel more confident, grounded, and in control throughout your journey.
