Rina Daya
BSW, RSW | Fertility Therapist
Rina spent a decade working with young children and families, drawn to the Montessori method for its holistic approach to child development. She struggled in her own journey to parenthood with secondary infertility, and after a failed round of IVF, became pregnant with twins. She carried Montessori principles into their early childhood and became a mentor for others building a strong foundation for their own kids.
Five years later, Rina went through a divorce and has since been a single parent. That pivot from teaching to social work grew from wanting to work with others like her, especially women navigating grief, loss, and complex family and cultural dynamics.

Rina integrates CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and ACT frameworks, with plans to add IFS, Psychodynamic therapy, and DBT to her toolkit. She holds space for people to process what they don't feel they can bring to others in their lives, reflecting their strengths back to them and collaborating on solutions and next steps.

A session with Rina feels warm and caring. She loves when clients leave feeling lighter and truly heard.
