Annie came to fertility therapy through her own lived experience of infertility, pregnancy loss, and rebuilding life after profound uncertainty.

After experiencing two second-trimester losses while navigating infertility, she searched for support that went beyond clinical empathy. What she needed was someone who truly understood how to keep going when things were not okay, and when the world seemed to move on untouched.

Becoming a therapist was Annie’s response to the kind of care she wished had been more accessible during that time. Her work is shaped by both personal experience and deep clinical training, with a strong commitment to using lived experience thoughtfully, responsibly, and with clear boundaries.

Her goal is to help clients make meaning of their stories, find peace where possible, and learn how to be okay, even when things are not okay.

Annie’s approach to therapy is compassionate, grounded, and deeply respectful of each person’s unique journey. She believes that while infertility, loss, and surrogacy can feel isolating, no one should have to carry these experiences alone.
Her work draws from cognitive behavioural therapy, person-centred therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. In practice, this means sessions are flexible, collaborative, and responsive to both emotional processing and practical needs.
Annie is especially attuned to questions of identity, grief, purpose, and meaning, both within and beyond parental goals.
Sessions with Annie are warm, honest, and supportive. You can expect to feel heard without pressure to cope, perform, or move on before you are ready.
There is space here for sadness, uncertainty, humour, frustration, and hope to exist side by side. Annie works at your pace, meeting you where you are, without judgment.
